We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Personal Consultant to join a high-performing consumer sales team based in Melbourne. This role is ideal for confident sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
This is an outbound sales role where you will engage with warm leads and existing customers, understand their needs, and close high-value sales over the phone.
- Proactively identify and close sales opportunities via outbound calls
- Engage with new enquiries and past customers to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience from initial contact to confirmed booking
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and rapport building
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on all leads and bookings within CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and conversion targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth sales and booking processes
- Stay updated on products, offerings, policies, and promotions
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives
- Adhere to schedules, processes, and service standards
- Minimum 2 years of sales and premium customer service experience
- Solid telephone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, quota-driven environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
- Additional language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
