? Commercial Manager | Fintech / Financial Technology | Sydney CBD

We’re working with an innovative fintech business that is transforming how consumers interact with financial products through technology, data, and digital experiences.

As the company continues to expand its presence across Australia and New Zealand, it is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and help shape the next phase of its commercial strategy.

This is a senior commercial role suited to someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced technology environment, combining commercial strategy, analytics, relationship management, and customer optimisation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with external partners and internal teams across product, technology, and analytics to identify opportunities, improve performance, and build scalable commercial solutions.

? Salary: $165-190,000 plus super & bonus

? The Role:

- Drive Commercial Growth: Take ownership of commercial performance across ANZ, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve partner performance, and deliver against business objectives.
- Optimise Performance Through Data: Use data and insights to understand customer behaviour, identify trends, and make informed decisions that improve commercial outcomes.
- Shape Commercial Strategy: Support the development and execution of initiatives that strengthen market position and unlock new opportunities.




- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to deliver commercial improvements and current initiatives.
- Lead & Develop a Team: Manage and support a small commercial team while maintaining ownership of key strategic relationships and projects.

- Data Driven: You’re comfortable analysing data, identifying insights, and using information to influence decisions and strategy.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You enjoy thinking strategically but are also comfortable getting into the detail and executing initiatives.
- Customer Focused: You understand digital customer journeys and how optimisation can improve business performance.
- Experienced Leader: You have previous people management experience and enjoy developing high-performing teams.
- Experience: across commercial, partnerships, strategy, consulting, fintech, technology, financial services, or similar environments.
