We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Melbourne warehouse operations and ensure our products reach customers with the efficiency, care, and precision our brand is known for.

The Warehouse Manager – Broadmeadows role is a full-time position, The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant processes. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating stock movements, supervising forklift operations, and leading a team to meet productivity and accuracy targets. The role also involves implementing and refining operational procedures, monitoring performance metrics, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all equipment and practices meet safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement across warehouse activities, support workforce scheduling, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management capabilities to forecast needs,



manage stock levels, and support productive order fulfillment.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse workflows, allocate resources, and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess safe and current Forklift Operation skills, with relevant licensing and adherence to OH&S; requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience in leading and coaching warehouse teams, with the ability to manage rosters and performance.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and competence using warehouse management systems or ERP software.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, and experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment; supervisory experience is highly regarded.
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or operations (or equivalent experience); a current forklift licence and right to work in Australia are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse leadership — lead, mentor, and coordinate warehouse staff to maintain a high‑performance culture
- Inventory accuracy — oversee stock integrity, cycle counts, and reconciliation for a large range of lighting SKUs
- Inbound & outbound operations — manage receiving, put‑away, picking, packing,



and dispatch workflows
- Quality control — ensure products are handled with care, packaged correctly, and meet Telbix’s quality standards
- Safety & compliance — maintain OH&S; standards, conduct safety checks, and ensure safe equipment use
- Process improvement — streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance warehouse efficiency
- Supplier & freight coordination — liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics
- Reporting — prepare operational reports, stock movement summaries, and performance updates
- Software - Must have Odoo experience

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory systems, and warehouse workflows
- Experience managing fragile or high‑value stock (lighting, electrical, homewares preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Competent with WMS, RF scanners, and digital reporting tools
- Forklift licence (LF/LO) advantageous
- Odoo experience

Offers

- $85k - $110K per year depending on experience
- 7am - 8am starts
