Base pay: A$90,000.00/yr – A$98,000.00/yr

Location: Strathpine, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Job Summary

Support the development and delivery of Council’s drainage waterways and coastal infrastructure works programme through field assessment, research, planning and responding to customer requests.

Responsibilities

- Investigate and assess stormwater and tidal assets.
- Conduct inspections and support detailed infrastructure investigations.
- Contribute to improvements in systems and processes and prepare technical reports.
- Respond to community needs.

Qualifications

- Strong problem‑solving and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or equivalent experience.

Employment type

Contract – Maximum Term Full Time | 9 day fortnight, 72.5 hour fortnight, Hybrid flexible working.
