Legal Assistant – Commercial Litigation | Mid-Tier Law Firm | Sydney CBD

A well-regarded mid-tier law firm in the heart of Sydney’s CBD is on the lookout for a Legal Assistant to join their busy and high-performing Commercial Litigation team.

In this role, you’ll provide support to a Partner and a small group of fee earners, working closely with a collaborative and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has a proactive attitude, and is looking to build their career in a well-established firm.

Key responsibilities:

- End-of-month billing and time entry support
- Diary and calendar management for the Partner and fee earners
- Inbox management and email monitoring
- Preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- General administrative tasks typical of a Legal Assistant role
