Join to apply for the Compliance Manager role at Pepper Money ANZ. This contract role is based at our North Sydney offices.

We’re looking for an experienced compliance professional to focus on privacy, consumer credit and financial services regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

- Compliance Advice: Act as a compliance SME, providing advice to Pepper Money’s business units, responding to ad-hoc requests, and supporting business projects with regulatory obligations and customer experience in mind.
- Review of Marketing Material: Review promotional, marketing materials and customer communications.
- Incident Management: Assess incidents for compliance with regulatory obligations including consumer credit and privacy requirements.
- Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of reporting to senior management and other stakeholders.

About you

- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide commercial compliance advice to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Technical Know-How: Robust Financial Services regulatory knowledge with understanding of relevant laws and industry standards including consumer credit and privacy.
- Reporting: Experience preparing internal and external reporting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Experience:



5 years’ experience providing compliance advice on regulatory frameworks for financial services firms, including reviewing marketing and customer communications and managing compliance incidents.
