We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take full operational ownership of a high‑performing retail portfolio within a premium client account; IFM Investors.
You will be responsible for day‑to‑day facilities management of the centre, ensuring the asset operates safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of WHS, statutory and essential services compliance
- Tenant liaison and issue resolution
- Management of reactive works and preventative maintenance
- Use of established FM systems for reporting and documentation
- Support the wider FM team to ensure consistent service delivery
- Day‑to‑day facilities management of the centre
- Visibly on site, managing contractors, overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring high standard of presentation and performance
Qualifications
- 3–7 years’ experience in a facilities management role
- Strong understanding of building services and compliance
- Experience managing contractors and service agreements
- Exposure to budgeting or capital works advantageous
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Excels in communicating with tenants
