Senior Accountant - Business Advisory (Adelaide)

Considering a move to Adelaide? We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Business Advisory team in South Australia. A relocation package will be offered to the successful candidate.

In this role, you will deliver a range of accounting and tax solutions for our clients, including preparing financial statements and providing regular management reporting and business advice.

About the role

As a Senior Accountant in our Business Advisory division, you will collaborate closely with Managers and Directors to deliver quality accounting, tax, and business advice. You will work with a team, providing guidance and reviewing the work of junior members, and play a key role in fostering a high-performing environment and delivering exceptional client outcomes.





Your key responsibilities will include:

- Producing financial reports mainly using Xero and MYOB, including maintaining clients’ accounting and reporting systems
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships, as well as BAS for complex clients
- Preparing budgets, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts across various entity structures and industries, including participating in client meetings
- Coaching and developing junior colleagues

About you

The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified (or working towards), with relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a public practice accounting firm. You will demonstrate strong technical accounting skills, the ability to review work, and provide quality solutions. Ideally, you are driven, team-oriented, and possess solid taxation knowledge.
