Job Title: Business Analyst (Mergers and Acquisitions)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team within financial services. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in mergers and aquisition and preferably have experience with data/client migration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. Translate complex information into clear and concise documentation that serves as a foundation for project success.

Engage in the elicitation and documentation of user stories to capture detailed requirements.

Plan and facilitate business process workshops with stakeholders to identify and understand key processes.

Dive deep into client/financial data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Evaluate the effects of data on various aspects of the business,



including operations, customer experience, and financial performance.

Establish and maintain a robust requirements traceability matrix, linking business and technical specifications to project objectives. Track changes and ensure seamless communication across teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working across Mergers and Acquisition projects within financial services.

Strong understanding of data migration, and business operational readiness.

Experience working within Agile environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

A proactive mindset with a can‑do attitude and ability to drive results in a dynamic setting.
