Director

Slalom Delivery leaders oversee and manage complex client engagements across diverse industries. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of optimising delivery impact, driving client success, and managing large delivery teams, including transformation, technology, and engineering programmes.

Please note that this role requires NV1 security clearance due to specific project requirements.

What You’ll Do

- · Create, manage, and lead large programmes with multiple stakeholders, resolving complex issues and ensuring alignment with organisational strategies.
- · Design comprehensive delivery and execution plans, leading complex engagements frominceptionto completion.
- · Form and lead delivery teams tailored to project requirements, ensuring successful client engagements.
- · Lead delivery efforts on the ground, navigate risks, adjust project plans, and ensuretimelyproject completion.
- · Activelyparticipatein day-to-day programme and project engagements, focusing on hands-on delivery.
- · Manage risks, adjust plans proactively, and implement necessary changes to ensure success.




- · Drive financial outcomes, including meeting revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- · Act as a senior delivery expert within the delivery leadership capability, focusing on building and leading a delivery community capable of managing complex engagements and transformational programmes.
- · Contribute to the sales lifecycle by developing tailored delivery approaches and customised delivery plans.
- · Deepen your functional and technicalexpertise, mentor others, and enhance Slalom's capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

- · Demonstrated success in enterprise delivery, including programme management frominceptionto solution rollout.
- · Skill in shaping client expectations, delivering quality programs on time, and mentoring project managers.
- · Proventrack recordin consulting environments, managing large-scale transformational programmes across diverse industries.
- · Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, operational and functional consultants, and quality assurance experts.
- · Proficiency inanticipatingrisks, addressing obstacles, co-creating team vision and strategy, and providing meaningful feedback.




- · Capability to lead and solution for pursuits, share opportunities with project or account leads, and manage project financial and operational health.
- · Demonstrated success in leading and growing teams, managing employee performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- · Experience in designing and implementing modern delivery practices,leveragingand scaling agile delivery frameworks, and work methodologies to enhance team velocity and collaboration.
- · Hands‑on experience navigating various contractual terms (e.g., fixed-price, time-and-material contracts).
- · Comprehensive industry knowledge of enterprise delivery environments, includingexpertisein enterprise architectural principles, engineering, and infrastructure domains.
- · Exceptional communication skills, coupled with strong problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities.
