Reporting To The Branch Manager, The Key Responsibilities Include

- Ensuring superior customer service is achieved
- Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis
- Completing all pre‑ and post‑rental procedures
- Ensuring the contract paperwork is accurately completed
- Inspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reports




- Discussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contract
- Liaising with the National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactions
- Performing administration duties as required

We Are Looking For An Individual Who Has Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Administration

Additionally, the position requires the following:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business
- High attention to detail
- Sound computer literacy skills
- License to drive manual vehicles (C class)
- Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous
