Your new role
As a psychologist experienced in insurer‑funded treatment, you will support clients recovering from workplace injuries, trauma, chronic pain and adjustment difficulties at our Subiaco clinic. Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver evidence‑based psychological treatment focused on recovery and functional improvement.
- Complete structured assessments, treatment planning and risk assessments.
- Prepare high‑quality treatment reports and progress updates for insurers.
- Work closely with GPs, rehabilitation providers and insurers.
- Participate in case conferences and return‑to‑work planning.
- Integrate functional and vocational goals into treatment.
- Provide EAP counselling and well‑being services when required (secondary to scheme work).
About You
- Registered Psychologist with full AHPRA registration.
- Experience in workers' compensation, injury management or rehabilitation (or a strong interest in developing expertise).
- Strong assessment, treatment planning and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with insurers,
GPs and rehabilitation providers.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
- Current driver's licence.
