We are hiring for a tight-knit, fast-paced law firm repping athletes, artists, creators, content platforms, and the occasional rising superstar. Our office is a mix of big energy, loud laughter, and serious legal chops. We hustle, we high-five, and yes, we absolutely have each other’s backs.

What You’ll Do:

- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional deals in sports, entertainment, and IP.
- Handle licensing, sponsorship, media rights, production deals, and talent agreements like a pro.
- Guide clients through the exciting (and sometimes chaotic) world of contracts and rights management.
- Collaborate closely with a small but mighty team that values both precision and personality.

What You Bring:

- Must have 3–6+ years of experience in sports law, entertainment law, or intellectual property transactions.
- A JD in hand and admission to the North Carolina bar in good standing.
- Confidence, clarity, and a client-first mindset.




- The ability to keep your cool when the stakes are high and the turnaround is yesterday.
- A sense of humor — trust us, you’ll use it daily.
