Project Management Officer - Property division

6 Month Contract, VIC CBD

An exciting opportunity to join a multi-site health care provider's Property & Building Services team in a key portfolio coordination role supporting governance, reporting and delivery across the portfolio.

This role acts as the central coordination hub, ensuring information, actions, risks and communications are managed effectively across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the central point of contact across the national Property & Building Services portfolio
- Support senior leaders with diaries, inbox management, priorities and communications
- Coordinate governance forums, meetings, agendas, minutes and actions
- Prepare high-quality executive briefings, reports and portfolio updates
- Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Maintain SharePoint sites, document control and portfolio information systems
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of portfolio data, documentation and reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across hospital, operational and corporate teams
- Coordinate external consultants and contractors in line with governance requirements
- Support continuous improvement of portfolio processes, reporting and systems

About You

You are highly organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders in complex environments. You thrive in putting order in chaos,



ensuring workflow is optimised and efficient communication to all relevant stakeholders is maintained.

You will bring:

- Experience in project coordination, PMO, program support or executive support
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in quick-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and high-level organisation skills
- Experience preparing reports, briefs, minutes and governance documentation
- Ability to track actions, manage workflows and follow through on outcomes

Experience in infrastructure or property environments will be highly regarded, especially within government sectors.
