Your Impact and Contribution

As an Account Manager at TMGM, your main focus will be driving sales and providing excellent service across all communication channels. Your responsibilities include:

1. Promoting and selling TMGM's products and services to drive sales.
2. Using your strong sales skills to identify and develop client pipelines independently.




3. Building and maintaining relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Client Service:

1. Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Performance and Goals:

1. Achieving or exceeding sales targets through specific KPIs.
2. Enhancing your knowledge of markets, FX industry, TMGM's platforms, and products.
3. Contributing to team and individual success by meeting performance metrics.

Requirements

- Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry; prior experience in customer service, sales, or support roles is advantageous. Eagerness to learn financial concepts and professional skills.
- Comfort with making outbound calls and engaging with diverse clients. Strong communication skills or motivation to improve them.
- Proactive ownership of responsibilities, with a problem-solving mindset. Driven, diligent, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino.
