Your New Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst for a 9‑month maximum tenure contract to manage and support end‑to‑end testing activities across a complex, multi‑vendor workplace.

The role is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating and executing system and integration testing with a strong emphasis on documentation, validation, governance, stakeholder coordination and consolidated reporting. This position acts as a key point of contact for all testing‑related activities and ensures quality outcomes across cross‑functional delivery streams.

Key Responsibilities

- Review business requirements, functional specifications and solution design documents; ensure full traceability between requirements, design and test artefacts.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans and detailed test cases; identify test environments, access and test data dependencies; provide test effort estimations and input into project schedules.
- Perform end‑to‑end testing across interconnected systems; support testing activities throughout the software development life cycle; perform test readiness assessments.
- Facilitate defect management including logging, triaging and retesting; manage testing risks and dependencies; ensure compliance with testing standards and governance frameworks.




- Coordinate testing activities across multiple vendor and internal teams; align testing timelines with release and deployment schedules; ensure evidence collection for audit purposes and provide testing progress and completion reporting.

About You And What You’ll Bring

- Extensive experience using Azure DevOps for test execution and defect management.
- Strong hands‑on API integration testing experience.
- Experience writing detailed test cases for complex systems.
- Experience managing testing in multi‑vendor delivery environments.
- Strong coordination, analytical and problem‑solving and stakeholder management capability.

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance.
