About theRole

As a FieldOfficer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the businessand its network of growers as the first point of contact with our dried vinefruit suppliers to assist them in producing high quality fruit.

What you'll be doing

- Implement the dried vine fruit procurement strategy to optimise intake
- Communicate effectively with growers to build strong relationships
- Communicate technical and marketing information to growers
- Liaise with processing operations and provide feedback to growers on fruit quality
- Develop growers yield improvement strategies to achieve target uplift
- Promote and facilitate the quality assurance program including field audits,



pests and disease and chemical application monitoring and reviewing spray diaries as required
- Work with the Grower Services team to undertake crop forecasting and intake planning.

What you'll bring

- A valid driver’s license.
- Well-developed skills in MS Word, Excel, Database and Outlook.
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems.
- Applicants with viticulture/horticulturequalifications or extensive experience in dried vine fruit production,vineyard management or grower relations operations will be highlyregarded.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on results,willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time.
- Genuine commitment to providing high qualityproactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear and effective communication andinterpersonal skills, with a demonstrated way to liaise effectivelywith various stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-directed and ability towork effectively within a team.
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Effective written and verbal communicationskills and ability to assist in presentations to suppliers.
