About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing , committed , and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the fast-paced , dynamic daily activities of our operations team in Jandakot . This role includes being on-call every second week (24/7) . You will be responsible for daily run allocation , performance monitoring , safety and compliance , and providing strong leadership , support , and guidance to staff while maintaining excellent customer service .

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate daily job allocation , ensuring drivers, routes, and vehicles are scheduled accurately and efficiently
- Manage and monitor subcontractors , ensuring strong performance, compliance, and service quality
- Oversee day-to-day collection and recycling operations, maintaining strict safety , service standards , and environmental compliance
- Conduct end-of-day debriefs , monitor timelines and breaks, and ensure all routes are completed as scheduled
- Stay across all daily operations , proactively resolving issues and supporting drivers to keep services running smoothly
- Support driver inductions, training, and development
- Manage operational reporting, assist with incident follow-ups , and coordinate vehicle maintenance with the workshop

What You’ll Bring

- Supervisory or leadership experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management




- Solid skills in scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning
- Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-focused , and results-driven approach
- High attention to detail with solid administration and reporting skills
- Microsoft Office
- Waste industry experience highly regarded
