Joining our Mulgrave team as a Speechie, you’ll experience a varied caseload that includes adult and paediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy skills.

The office is a short drive from Springvale, close to outstanding Bahn Mi places like BunBun and Tabac, and conveniently located near shopping at Chadstone, The Glen, or Knox.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients’ homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach.
- Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

About You

We’re after Speechies who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren’t afraid to speak up. You have a fire for participant care and treat goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes. You challenge ideas when participant interests are at stake.

You will also hold:

- SPA Registration
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
