We’re a fast‑growing, profitable market‑making firm based in Sydney that trades across multiple markets, including ETFs, futures, and is building a crypto trading capability.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a junior trader with D1 futures experience who wants to step into crypto and help set up a desk from the ground up. You’ll be closely involved in early research, testing, and shaping how this area develops as our trading footprint expands.

You’ll have

- Exposure to building a new desk alongside experienced traders and engineers
- Involvement in developing and refining trading ideas and processes
- Access to strong infrastructure and support to grow your skill set
- A role with increasing responsibility as the desk evolves

What You’ll Do

- Support the development and testing of early crypto trading strategies
- Analyse market behaviour, liquidity, and execution patterns
- Assist senior traders with execution, monitoring, and performance optimisation
- Contribute to building out tools, processes, and workflows for the new desk
- Explore new opportunities for scaling trading activity as the desk matures





What We’re Looking For

- Experience trading D1 futures or related markets
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Some programming experience (Python, C++, or similar) is helpful but not required
- Genuine interest in crypto markets and enthusiasm for helping build something from scratch
- A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to take on responsibility as you grow
