Occupational Therapist – Clinical Lead (Paediatric)

Hanrahan Health , part of the MedHealth group, offers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan — toddlers through to aged care. We work in a range of clinical settings including our clinic spaces, a private hospital, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth.

We are expanding our senior clinical team and would love to welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist who will thrive on providing clinical support to our clinicians.

The successful applicant can be based at any of our four clinic locations – Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn or Aspley – and will be required to spend at least 2‑3 days per week in clinic, depending on whether they are full‑time or part‑time, with additional support to our NSW team via MS Teams. Work‑from‑home options are available.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
- Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate unique treatment goals for each client.
- Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
- Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work and residential facilities.
- Recommend Assistive Technology to assist clients with functional limitations and promote independence.

About you

- Considerable experience as an occupational therapist, preferably across a diverse range of clients.
- Excellent written,



verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Qualifications

- Degree qualified in Occupational Therapy.
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
