Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis for card issuing and acquiring projects , ensuring compliance with AS2805 and other relevant payment standards.
- Drive end-to-end business requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple squads.
- Manage card scheme compliance activities for Visa, Mastercard, eftpos Australia, and other networks.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to support digital wallet tokenization and mobile payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).




- Own and refine onboarding and assisted channel experiences for merchants.
- Support architectural decisions aligned with enterprise tech strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, driving capability uplift and resource optimization.
- Coordinate Agile delivery using Secure methodology, ensuring timely feature releases.
- Provide SME support for external integrations (e.g., Visa VROL, Mastercard MasterCom, Fiserv systems).
