- be a practising Christian, active in a church and subscribe to the Statement of Faith;
- demonstrate an understanding of and an ability to teach from a Christian perspective;
- have solid interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- have extensive knowledge of the 7-12 Geography curriculum and ability to teach HSC Geography;
- demonstrate an ability to cater for the full range of learners, have high expectations of students and integrate ICT into teaching;
- be able to understand and use data to inform planning and implement assessment for learning principles; and
- be willing to contribute to the College’s co-curricular program.
