Position Overview: Sharp and Carter are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and seniors, to assess their needs and develop personalised intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' daily living skills.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.




- Provide advice and support to clients on the use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their independence and quality of life.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
