Unify Recruitment are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to a highly respected top tier contractor to deliver a high-value infrastructure project. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role on complex works with a Tier 2 contractor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in project delivery, coordination and stakeholder management.

About the Role:

- Lead day-to-day engineering and site operations across utilities or TfNSW infrastructure projects.
- Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring safety, quality and program milestones are achieved.
- Provide technical input, resolve engineering challenges and drive project efficiencies.
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure project budgets and timelines are maintained.
- Foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional growth of the team.

About You

- Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).




- Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in civil engineering.
- Proven track record delivering utilities or TfNSW projects (roads, bridges, water, or major civil works).
- Experience working with Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractors highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to balance technical detail with commercial outcomes.
