We are seeking experienced Loss Adjusters across a range of seniorities to manage and progress insurance claims through to settlement. You will work across a diverse portfolio of claims, supported by a high-performing and collaborative claims team.
This role offers autonomy, strong administrative support and the opportunity to work with a well-established specialist organisation experiencing continued national growth.
The Role
- End-to-end management of insurance claims
- Site inspections to determine causation, quantify loss and assess policy coverage
- Liaison with insurers, policyholders, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Preparation of clear, accurate written reports and recommendations
- Compliance with legislative requirements, codes of practice and service standards
- Mentoring of junior team members (Senior & Executive roles)
About You
- Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster at Intermediate, Senior or Executive level
- Strong technical capability and understanding of the claims lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using claims management systems
Senior / Executive level candidates will have:
- 5–10+ years’ experience across property (major/complex loss), commercial, liability, construction, engineering or strata
- Professional accreditation (AICLA, ANZIIF or similar)
