Base pay range

A$115,000.00/yr - A$125,000.00/yr

In this hybrid role, you'll manage a portfolio of high growth firms, providing expert financial insights, compliance support, and performance analysis to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Provide financial modelling, performance management, and strategic insights to business owners.
- Lead collaboration with offshore bookkeeping teams and build strong relationships with firm leadership.

What You Need:

- CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience.
- Strong analytical, tax, and financial modelling skills (Xero experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
