Overview

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant with strong solution architecture and pre-sales expertise to support both prospective and existing clients.

This role blends functional consulting, advisory, and pre-sales engagement , with a strong focus on:

- Conducting NetSuite Health Checks
- Designing scalable ERP solutions
- Supporting the sales lifecycle with solutioning and estimation

You’ll work closely with sales, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to optimise NetSuite environments and deliver business-aligned solutions. Experience in construction or project-based industries is a solid advantage.

- Design and architect scalable NetSuite solutions across finance and operations
- Translate business requirements into practical ERP configurations
- Provide guidance on workflows, integrations, reporting, and system setup
- Ensure solutions align with NetSuite best practices

Pre-Sales Support

- Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Deliver tailored solution demonstrations to prospects
- Prepare proposals, scope documents, and implementation estimates
- Support RFP responses and solution positioning
- Conduct in-depth system assessments (configuration, workflows, reporting, integrations)




- Identify optimisation opportunities and system gaps
- Deliver structured Health Check reports and improvement roadmaps

Advisory & Client Engagement

- Provide strategic ERP and NetSuite advisory
- Recommend enhancements, automation, and additional modules
- Support industry-focused solutions (especially project-based environments)
- Work with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to execution
- Contribute to business development and service positioning initiatives

Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite (consulting, implementation, or solution architecture)
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite financials, workflows, reporting, and configuration
- Experience conducting NetSuite Health Checks or system assessments
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions
- Experience in construction or project-based organisations
- Exposure to SuiteProjects, project accounting, or job costing
- Background in ERP consulting or advisory environments
- ERP Advisory & Optimisation
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
