About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Manager - Energy Policy & Regulatory Reform with deep expertise in energy policy, market reform, and regulatory frameworks. This high-impact role advises government bodies, regulators, and major corporates on strategic decisions that enable sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the development and refinement of energy market frameworks through cooperative stakeholder engagement and strategic advisory
- Lead the evaluation of proposed regulatory changes, including impact assessments and formal submissions




- Conduct comprehensive reviews of market structures and regulatory environments to identify opportunities for reform and innovation
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with broader sustainability and economic objectives
- Deliver high-level policy analysis and economic assessments to support decision-making across public and private sectors
- Contribute to the evolution of energy systems by applying forward-thinking approaches to governance, compliance, and market design

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in energy policy, regulatory reform, or market design
- 5-10+ years’ experience
- Energy consultancy background or market body policy/regulatory body
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across public and private sectors
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights
- Passion for sustainability and driving systemic change
