Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across diverse environments (clients’ homes, day centres, parks, clinic rooms).
- Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness lasting impact.

Program starts with a full week of graduate‑specific induction sessions and 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and up‑skilling.

- Support: Buddy system and colleague support.
- Supervision: Discipline‑specific 1:1 Supervisor; clinical support in NDIS and caseload.
- Ongoing Training: 6‑month induction, training, up‑skilling.
- Study Leave:



4 paid days per year.
- Resources: Laptop, phone, therapy/assessment resources.

About You

We’re after Speech Pathologists with genuine interest in supporting participants with disability, who speak up for improvement and treat goals as missions.

You Will Also Hold

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with graduation date 2025 or Jan 2026.
- A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
