Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounts/Finance Department; identify and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate and manage audits, GST filings, and compliance with local requirements to maintain regulatory adherence
- Prepare concise financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters for informed decision-making
- Review and verify documentation for payments to vendors/suppliers; perform ad-hoc audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts.




- Review the integrity and accuracy of monthly accounts.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management, including:
- Balance Sheet
- Accounts Receivable Ageing
- Accounts Payable Ageing
- Bank Balances
- Perform management accounting tasks, including budget monitoring, preparing projected financial statements, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
- Liaise with external authorities, bankers, auditors and regulatory bodies on financial matters.

Requirements

- Degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management roles
- Strong knowledge of Australia Tax and Audit laws, GST regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
