An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager has become available in our marketing team. In this fast paced and busy role, you will be fully accountable for the allergy and eyecare portfolio, owning and developing all elements of the marketing strategy and managing the day-to-day execution through your Brand Manager.

Key responsibilities

- Portfolio management of the brands (FESS, Zaditen, Murine & Clear Eyes for Australia & NZ)
- Managing and executing brand plans and marketing initiatives for Australia & NZ
- Supporting the Innovation Team on NPD – ideation, input into scoped, research & project requirements and commercialisation
- Effectively managing agency relationships
- Providing market analysis and category insights to optimise brand health and performance
- Managing a Brand Manager to support the portfolio

To join our energetic team you will need





- Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Business or similar
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in developing strategy, marketing plans and the execution of campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in marketing communication mediums, including digital and social media
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a result driven, team orientated environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders and external agencies
