We are seeking a Branch Allrounder to join our team in Pakenham. This full‑time, permanent role involves supporting sales, warehouse, and customer service functions to ensure customers receive prompt and accurate service while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

- Provide consistent, high‑quality service to customers.
- Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales inquiries, supplying quotes, pricing, and product information in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers, and picking slips into the computer system.
- Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reasons for credit and rectify problems to prevent future credits.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels and advise the purchasing department of requirements; assist with periodic stock checks.
- Pick and pack orders, including courier and transport documentation.
- Check picked orders and complete invoicing.
- Perform physical manual handling, including lifting heavy items and arranging storage of goods according to procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse, customer service, or a similar industry.
- High attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Capability to lift heavy bulky items for stock handling, picking, and packing.




- Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, hydraulics, or a related background is desirable.
