We are looking for a passionate Lead Educator to shape the curriculum and learning experience for young children, fostering a strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children, and families.
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning.
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices, including EYLF and NQS.
- Champion children's learning and development to support their solid sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards one.
- In‑depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‑based learning.
- Experience leading a room or team.
- Strong commitment to outstanding education and care for young children.
- Aligned with the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
- Current WWCC and First Aid certificates.
- Ability to provide a certificate confirming completion of the federally mandated “National Child Safety Training” via Geccko, or willingness to obtain it prior to employment.
