We’re in a serious growth phase and looking for a sharp, proactive HSE Coordinator to help us drive a safety‑first mindset across the business. This isn’t a box‑ticking role—it’s a mission‑critical position where you’ll lead the safety programs, shape policies, and make sure every division and site runs like a well‑oiled machine.
What You’ll Own
- Return‑to‑Work programs
- Medical reviews
- Incident investigations & Hazard reporting
- Risk assessments, inspections, and compliance enforcement
- Safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Internal and external Safety audits & compliance
- Driving process improvements and prevention strategies
- Leading safety committees and consultations
- Manage WorkCover claims
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders & regulatory bodies
- Administrative, safety and board reporting functions
What You Bring
- 3–7 years in a similar safety role
- Deep knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management
- Experience in construction or manufacturing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office
