We’re looking for a talented Designer to help us bring our collections to life—combining trend-driven creativity with commercial insight to deliver beautiful, on-brand fashion that empowers women every day.

Reporting to the Senior Designer, this role is all about shaping the SHEIKE product offering across apparel and non-apparel categories. You’ll blend creativity, technical skill, and trend insight to design collections that are both innovative and commercially successful.

Full-time position based at our St Peters office.

A Day in the Life

You’ll be at the heart of the design process—turning inspiration into sketches, tech packs, and finished garments. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the Senior and Lead Designers to conceptualise seasonal collections
- Creating original sketches, CAD flats, and tech packs with detailed garment specifications
- Supporting the selection of fabrics, trims, prints, and other materials
- Ensuring collections meet critical path timelines, design direction, and commercial objectives
- Partnering with Production Development to manage pre-production approvals, fittings, and quality standards
- Using market insights and trend research to deliver designs that maximise sales and profitability
- Supporting the development of non-apparel lines in line with brand direction
- Continuously refining processes to improve efficiency, speed to market, and product quality

About You

You’re equal parts creative and technically skilled—a designer who loves bringing ideas to life with precision and flair.



You thrive in a team-oriented environment yet confidently manage projects from concept to completion.

You’ll bring

- Strong creative vision with a keen eye for trends, styling, and garment construction
- Experience creating tech packs, sketches, and CAD flats
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and design tools
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities with ease
- Ability to collaborate effectively across design, production, and merchandising teams
- Passion for fashion and delivering commercially successful designs

Your Experience

- 2+ years in a fashion design role
- Understanding of production processes, fabric knowledge, and garment construction
- Exposure to critical path timelines and collection development
- A tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or related field is highly desirable
