The Opportunity

Based in Malaga, WA, the Customer Master Data Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of customer data inside Salesforce, supporting onboarding and tightly controlled changes to customer data to achieve business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites by effectively managing Salesforce cases in a timely manner.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries and requests via Salesforce cases and email in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery for allocated contracts and sites, meeting agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of customer needs.
- Proactively manage, investigate,



and resolve customer issues and complaints through Salesforce, ensuring satisfactory outcomes are achieved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring end-to-end processes are consistently followed in compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

- Salesforce (preferred)/CRM experience or knowledge.
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite.
- Sound knowledge of Visual Rams Pro and/or JDE is beneficial.
- Solid organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
