Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing breakfast dishes, as well as a robust work ethic and the ability to work well in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to menu and customer requests
- Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented to high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, as needed
- Assist with menu planning and development, as required
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new breakfast recipes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary Package
Salary Package:
$73,150 - $80,000 Plus Superannuation per annum.
