Based in our Newcastle office, we are seeking a Property Manager with a focus on commercial property management to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
- Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
- Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a robust focus on arrears control.
- Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
- Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property.
- Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
- Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
