Responsibilities

- Assist with payment submissions and tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations team
- Support TMF (Trial Master File) document uploading and filing in line with company standards
- Maintain and organise study and operational documents with strong attention to detail
- Assist with office asset management, including tracking laptops and equipment
- Support new starter onboarding logistics (e.g. equipment coordination, document setup)
- Help monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation
- Prepare and format reports, trackers, and internal documents
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of administrative processes
- Support ad hoc tasks as required to assist project and office operations





About you

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in clinical research, healthcare, or administration (preferred)
- Sydney-based; able to work at least 2-3 days a week
