The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic procurement team, based at our Melbourne office.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing and payment of supplier invoices, raising purchase orders, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting our financial and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and overseeing purchase orders and invoice processing
- Managing end-to-end vendor onboarding and maintenance in D365
- Liaising with vendors to ensure compliance and fit-for-purpose documentation
- Monitoring and managing the Exflow queue to support timely payments
- Collaborating with Contract Administrators to align budgets and payment schedules
- Handling adjustment notes and resolving payment-related queries
- Upholding safety standards and contributing to a positive team culture
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administration, purchasing or finance role
- Robust knowledge of financial systems , ideally D365 (preferred but not essential)
- High level of accuracy , attention to detail , and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical business practices in a fast-paced environment
