Mentone plays an important role in that transition. We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team. You will be in the work: working stock, executing processes, and setting clear standards by doing, not directing. Leadership here happens on the floor. The Role

- Lead from the floor, not the office
- Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
- Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
- Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
- Build a capable team that understands transparent expectations
- Hold standards consistently and address performance directly
- Guide your team through operational change as we strengthen capability
