Responsibilities

- Lead origination and build a high‑quality proprietary deal pipeline
- Own end‑to‑end transaction execution across commercial, financial, and legal workstreams
- Build deep relationships with founders, CEOs, bankers, and advisors
- Drive value creation and portfolio oversight post‑investment, including board representation




- Play a key role in firm‑building and developing junior talent

- 5‑15+ years in private equity, principal investing, or growth capital essential
- Strong transaction track record, ideally within the mid‑market
- Deal instincts and origination capability, not just execution
- Confident representing the fund in market and building trusted founder relationships
