The role is a client facing & leadership role. While managing a small talent team you will be working with well established customers as well as building and maintaining a steady growth of new revenue streams. You will be very well rewarded with a strong base salary, commissions, bonus and the prospect of equity .

An overview of the role:

- Associate Director or Director role to run the Product and Business Analytics & Projects specialisms
- Hot desk – $550,000 per annum (FY 24)



on perm with a large number of active clients to work with on day one
- Exposure to full P&L; and Business projections – run it like a business owner
- 1-2 direct reports –this is pure client facing with resourcing support for your talent attraction needs
- 5 days a week (may look at 4 days a week)
- 3-4 days in the office
