Base pay range

A$500,000.00/yr - A$500,000.00/yr

We are looking for the best Software Engineers in Sydney to join our start up client as part of the founding team:

- 5 days on site
- $250k–$500k + equity

They are a fast-growing startup building a next-gen AI platform. The product is early but scaling fast, with global traction and a robust founding team from the top companies globally. They are in-person 5 days/week in Sydney. They are looking for a founding engineer to join a small, high-output team. You'll work across the stack, shape the architecture, and help build the future of interactive AI products.

What You’ll Do





- Own full-stack features (TypeScript, React, Redis)
- Build fast, ship often
- Work closely with founders and product to drive direction
- Help shape engineering culture and future hires

Ideal Background

- Strong full-stack experience (esp. React + TypeScript )
- Redis, WebSockets, AI tools, or generative media
- Startup mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
- Passion for AI is a huge plus
