Job Duties

- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in foundation, framing, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating, and painting.
- Manage day‑to‑day activities on site and ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish as per Building code.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Manage construction sub‑trades and suppliers on the job site and mitigate issues as they arise.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
- Prepare work progress reports.
- May manage the operations of the company.
- Select tools, equipment,



and construction materials from storage and transport items to work site.
- Assist and work closely with concrete finishers, carpenters, floorers, drywall installers and painters to complete tasks.
- May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
- Clean work areas, machines and equipment to maintain a clean and secure job site, free of debris.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of site supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years siding, flooring, painting, concrete finishing (preferably) or carpentry experience.
- Punctual & reliable.
- Hardworking & self‑motivated.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Team player and a positive motivator.
- Safety conscience.
- Job site preparation and organization.
