A Southern NSW hospital requires a Specialist in Psychiatry from 01/06/2026 to 31/01/2027. We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist with an interest in Intellectual Disability & Mental Health to join a consultancy‑led service model.
Role Details
• 1 day per week (8 hours total) • 6 hours clinical + 2 hours admin • Fully telehealth based – work from home
Unit Overview
- This specialised mental health unit, which opened in 2013, provides specialised care and support for individuals experiencing mental health issues
- It offers a range of services including assessment, diagnosis, inpatient care and outpatient support
- The unit is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, nurses and social workers dedicated to delivering high quality mental health care
