About The Role

With continued growth across the NSW property market, TSA Riley is seeking an experienced Principal of Cost Management to lead our Property cost management capability across Sydney and greater NSW. This role will support a diverse portfolio of projects across Commercial, Education, Retail, Residential, Health, Aged Care, Arts & Culture and Aviation, working with both private and public sector clients. As a senior leader within our NSW Cost Management team,



you will oversee full lifecycle cost consultancy and quantity surveying services from feasibility through to final account. You will play a pivotal role in shaping project outcomes, strengthening long-term client relationships, mentoring and growing the NSW team, and contributing to the strategic development and market growth of TSA Riley's integrated property services.

About You

- 10+ years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying, delivering complex property projects.
- Chartered with RICS.
- Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of construction methodology and cost planning stages.
- Proven capability to lead major commissions and act as a trusted client advisor.
- Experience in business development and market engagement within the NSW property sector.
- A people-focused leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen, with the ability to obtain security clearances where required.
