CadCut CNC Laser Cutting & Pressing is an established laser cutting, pressing and fabrication business based in Wangara, WA. We pride ourselves on investing in the latest CNC technologies and robotic welding.

The successful applicants key duties will include:
- Processing of sales orders and creation of estimates & quotations in Xero.
- Interpret rough sketches, drawings, and specifications accurately to produce detailed drawings.
- Calculate material and labour quantities.
- Provide technical and product knowledge support
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
- Working closely with management and production to ensure that the highest level of quality and service to our clients is maintained.
- Day to day programming of work for production using NC Express part nesting software (Must be an advanced user of this program)
- Exposure to the Australian Manufacturing or Construction industries in a similar role
- Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner.
- Be able to work without supervision
- Working within deadlines, regulations & specifications pertaining to industry and project
- Assist with other Nesting programs as required
- Be reliable and trustworthy.
To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you have:
- Estimation experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks including Sheet Metal features
- CNC Programming/Nesting and Profile Cutting experience
- Results focused with proven work experience in Sales and/or technical machine operations (Laser cut and press brake)
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex technical documents
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Extensive CNC laser and pressing industry experience preferred
- Practically minded, quick learner
- Ideally a manufacturing background in the metal fabrication industry.
- Proven industry experience in profiling and ideally laser cutting, with knowledge of various raw materials
- Comprehensive understanding of up-to-date sheet metal manufacturing practices
- Relevant qualification and two years of experience in a similar role
