As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Scheduler / Estimator to join the high-performing team, to work on projects up to $7.5 million.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of luxury residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with the directors, project managers, site supervisors, and design team, you will oversee estimating, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, and project costings.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier packages from tender through to contract award.
- Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities.
- Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, variations, and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, contract registers, and financial records.
- Assist with project scheduling and milestone planning.
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and interior designers.
- Monitor contractual compliance and proactively identify commercial risks.
- Support the successful delivery of projects through effective planning and administration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Scheduler, Estimator, or Contracts Administrator within residential construction.
- Experience working on luxury homes, custom homes, or high-end renovation projects is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of residential estimating, procurement, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore, or similar construction management software.
